Limpopo is a South African province bordering Botswana, Zimbabwe and Mozambique. It is region of infinite scenic beauty, a rich cultural heritage and an abundance of wildlife. Rukiya Safari Camp, located in the Wild Rivers Nature Reserve neighbouring the Greater Kruger, is an eco-conscious camp built beneath old riverine trees on the pristine banks of the Blyde River.
Grief is a natural part of being human. It may feel overwhelming and never-ending, the emptiness being ever-present and deeply painful.
Energy psychology techniques calm the stress centre in your brain allowing it to process high levels of emotion and trauma to completion. This six day retreat will open a door to move towards a natural sense of closure and re-engage with the world in a more joyful way. You will be taken on grounding walks, mindful breakfast and picnics in the wilderness, contemplative game drives, while experiencing the present moment, all with the professional support and guidance of facilitators, Bennie Naudé and Jeanne Booth on your grieving journey. You will appreciate precious moments of silence and plentitude among the animals, gently welcoming contentment and gratitude back into your life again.
Bennie is an energy psychology facilitator who has taught and worked with groups around the globe for over 20 years. He brings a calm groundedness and deep insight into the work of grieving and creates safe spaces for people to heal.
