The Burren, from the Irish ‘An Bhoireann’, literally means a rocky place. Its lunar limestone pavement is Europe’s largest karst landscape. During the program participants stay in Ballyvaughan, a picturesque harbour village in County Clare in Ireland. It is located on the south shores of Galway Bay, in the northwest corner of The Burren, an area with a remarkable natural heritage and an even more remarkable human heritage.
This leadership retreat, an annual gathering of artists and leaders, is an exploration of life and work. Over four days you will lift your gaze beyond achievement, and enter new leadership territory. You will connect with a kind of leadership that’s needed in an
increasingly uncertain world: deeply relational, imbued with artistry, and interdependent with all of life.
It will offer you enriching opportunities for personal reflection and peer enquiry, creative expression, and exploration in the timeless Burren landscape and you will leave with a clearer view of your current leadership capacity and your next horizon.
