This seven-day adventure will take you from the rolling, heather-covered hills of the Wicklow Mountains to the soaring Cliffs of Moher to Killarney’s majestic waterfalls. Throughout it all, you will be immersed in Irish running culture, history and beauty.

Soon after you arrive in Dublin, you will leave the city far behind in a private charter motorcoach and escape to Glendalough, steeped in history, evident through every turn at the charming inns, cosy pubs and castle ruins dating back millennia. Your daily runs, which vary from one to three hours, will take you along boardwalks, over rolling hills, to serene lakeshores and breathtaking clifftops. Each day offers up something different, from a lively lunch at an historic Irish pub, live traditional music, and hearty meals to scenic drives through the Irish countryside. Even if you’re new to trail running or don’t usually run consecutive days in a row, you’ll surprise yourself with how you feel when you employ the mindful running techniques offered by your retreat leader.
