Meet Courtney.
For more than 18 years, Courtney has quietly guided others towards a gentler, more grounded way of living—rooted in the ancient practices of Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation.

Her journey began not in a studio, but in a moment of seeking. While navigating the weight of stress and the search for balance, she found solace in stillness and clarity in breath. What started as personal practice soon became a lifelong path of study and teaching.

Courtney’s training is both rich and rigorous: she spent over 700 hours across India and Colorado immersing herself in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin Yoga. Her mindfulness studies brought her to the renowned UCSD Center for Mindfulness, and her curiosity for conscious communication led her to study Non-Violent Communication with Jay Sofer. She is also a certified Level 2 Breathwork Instructor with Nordic Flow, where she deepened her knowledge of breath training and cold therapy.

All of this has culminated in The Mindful Way—Courtney’s signature approach that weaves together yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness into a calm, clear, and compassionate practice for modern life. Designed to help people move through the world with more presence, it’s less about perfect poses and more about peaceful perspectives.
