Jonathan de Potter is the Founder of Behold Retreats. This bespoke wellness service facilitates journeys of self-discovery and transformation, supported by the scientifically proven therapeutic and spiritual benefits of plant medicine.

He is passionate about raising awareness of the benefits of plant medicine therapy and its potential to dramatically improve well-being and spiritual wholeness. This led him to launch Behold Retreats in 2020, providing curated programs incorporating a memorable plant medicine retreat in a safe, legal and highly supported setting.

Jonathan spent his career working in strategy consulting with clients across Asia-Pacific, defining and delivering digital transformation programs.While he felt that– despite an objectively great life, good friends and career success, something intangible was missing. As a result, Jonathan took a sabbatical year to travel through South America, where he attended his first Ayahuasca plant medicine retreat in Peru. The retreat experience was transformational, and in his expanded state of consciousness, Jonathan was shown directly the mindsets and behaviours that kept him from reaching his potential.

Over the years that followed, Jonathan dove deep into the world of plant medicine and consciousness and identified a number of opportunities to better guide a western psyche through a psychedelic transformation and what’s required to sustain the benefits of such a powerful experience.

Originally from Hawaii, USA, Jonathan is forever a student of life and enjoys time on the beach. He loves big ideas to make the world a better place.
