Meet Laura.
Raised in the wild, breath-fuelled world of her father—Wim Hof, known globally as The Iceman—Laura Hof has forged her own path through cold and calm, with a steady grace all her own.
For years, Laura worked alongside her father, helping to shape the transformational events that sparked a global movement in breathwork and cold exposure. But her own calling led her further: to create a space for women within this world. She co-founded the Icewomen Community, a gathering place for those ready to explore resilience, balance hormones, and reawaken inner strength through mindful breath and the power of the cold.
Laura is more than a teacher—she is a biohacker, a certified nutritionist, and a modern wellness thinker. Her work brings together ancient practices and the latest in physiological science, rooted in one core belief: the body holds the blueprint for healing, if we only learn to listen.
Her recent book, Secrets of the Icewomen, is a guide for women navigating stress, imbalance, and burnout—offering the breath and the ice not as extremes, but as everyday tools for grounding, renewal, and strength. It’s less about endurance and more about coming home to the body’s natural intelligence.
Whether guiding a breathwork session or introducing first-timers to the stillness of an ice bath, Laura leads with calm, clarity, and quiet courage. Her mission isn’t to push—it’s to support. To remind us all of what lies beneath the surface: a deeper breath, a steadier self, and a strength we never knew we had.
Laura Hof has spent much of her life immersed in the world of breathwork, cold exposure and personal transformation. As the daughter of Wim Hof, she has been closely involved in the evolution of his methods, helping to organise events and experiences that have supported thousands on their path to greater wellbeing.
Driven by a deep belief in the power of the human body and mind, Laura co-founded the Icewomen Community—a space dedicated to helping women explore resilience through mindfulness, breathwork and the cold. With a background in nutrition and biohacking, she brings a thoughtful, science-informed approach to wellness, blending modern insights with time-tested practices.
In her book Secrets of the Icewomen, Laura explores how simple yet powerful tools like conscious breathing and cold exposure can support hormonal balance, improve overall health and unlock inner potential. Through her work, she remains committed to creating supportive spaces where others can connect, grow and discover their own strength.
