Passionate About
Working in partnership with nature, creating beautiful experiences for the health and wellbeing of the human and the planet

Meet Suzanne, an international Nature Therapy and Communication Coach, certified Forest Bathing guide and forest therapy practitioner, trainer, mentor and award-winning presenter. She offers coaching and bespoke experiences for solo travellers, couples, groups, companies and communities. She provides nature-based solutions connecting to what she calls “the peace of it, the wild and wondrous beauty of nature for people’s joy and wellbeing”.

Originally from the UK, Suzanne developed a deep love of nature growing up in Rutland, the smallest county in England. She enjoyed a successful career in the arts and media in London and Dubai, hosting the award-winning Dubai Today for Dubai Eye radio in the United Arab Emirates, focusing on work-life balance, food and health. She won awards for the features she produced, travelling the world, sharing personal stories and expert insights around nature, psychology and mental health.

Now, Suzanne resides in the mountains of Southern Portugal, where she offers programmes and retreats exploring pathways to the therapeutic power of nature. There may be many reasons why people are seeking out nature: people in high-performance jobs, those experiencing overwhelmed and stress, fatigue or burnout, caregivers, people going through a life transition, grief, or relationship issues. There are those who cannot access nature easily. And those who want to rest and spend time in the trees.

Suzanne builds nature-based wellbeing plans for personal development incorporating mindfulness and self-care practices through sensory invitations—these help relaxation for the mind and body, clearing space for creativity and clarity of thought.

She is a consultant for clinics, retreats and businesses in nature therapy, walk and trail curation for wellbeing and forest therapy. She founded the podcast The Nature Pod and is a global trainer and mentor supporting practitioners and guides in forest bathing and forest therapy.

Suzanne welcomes diverse populations in-person or online, working together to deepen a personal connection to the wisdom, resilience and healing power of nature.
