During this retreat, you will join a small group amongst the snowy treetops for yoga, hiking, foraging, and relaxation. Sleeping in state-of-the-art treehouses built by leading Scandinavian architects, you will feel a sense of thrilling isolation. Taking place in perhaps one of Sweden’s most unique yoga retreat locations, your retreat will set the tone for tranquillity and self-reflection like nowhere else.
You will join your retreat leader each day, who will guide you through soulful, deep, and slow-flow yoga. Move beyond your limitations with the help of creative postures and sequencing.
Following a two-hour morning practice, spend your day hiking, biking, foraging, or relaxing in the treehouse spa and sauna. For five days, you will be immersed in the beauty of the isolated Swedish forest.
Food is provided, with healthy vegetarian meals served by an expert local chef team. Your group will gather to eat in a warm and cosy dining room amongst the pines.
