Attention fitness enthusiasts, a fully immersive experience awaits on the picturesque island of Mallorca. Whatever your fitness goals are, you can be serious about one thing – achieving incredible results in a cosy beach-side setting with true Mallorquin vibes.

Stays in this secluded bay can be from one week to 12 weeks. The longer you stay, the cheaper and the greater the life change you’ll see, becoming physically fitter and mentally more balanced every day. With yoga and stand-up paddle boarding to add to the comprehensive itinerary, this is the perfect place to discover a new version of yourself amongst like-minded friends.

The camp’s accommodation consists of twin share rooms in an exclusive apartment. It is a shared living arrangement, not a luxury hotel but lovely all the same. Working out together and living together is a very bonding experience; it’s a great way to make friends. Don’t worry about needing your own space also. The resort is sufficiently big with plenty of chillout areas for you to catch some quiet time.

Co-working spaces in the lounge are also available if you need to get some work done. Due to the nature of the camp, people do not tend to have late nights. You will be exhausted! So you can expect to get a good night’s sleep in fan-cooled rooms.

It‘s been a few days since I‘m back home and I’m still trying to process all the emotions and feelings of my 4 week stay in Mallorca. Simply put: It was an amazing experience and to go there was one of the best decisions I’ve made in the last months. From the very first moment you arrive on the island you feel welcome. Also, it is incredible how fast you can bond with people from around the world in only a few days. The workouts are intense and fun at the same time. Also, they‘re suited for all fitness levels. To give you an idea of what is possible in a 4 week bootcamp, I added a before and after picture of day 1 versus day 28. Thank you Debby for the good talks, thank you Oli for the delicious fish BBQ, thank you Karlotta and Maria for the awesome warm ups, workouts and hikes.
