With over 30 years immersed in the worlds of surfing, stand-up paddling, and freediving, Marcel’s journey is less about medals (though he has plenty) and more about mastery. He is a three-time National SUP Surfing Champion, a two-time SUP Racing Champion, and, most recently, ranked sixth globally on the ALAS World Tour. But to speak only of accolades would miss the point.

What defines Marcel isn’t just performance, it’s presence. As a certified coach, breathwork instructor, and self-taught biohacker, he has developed a powerful teaching method that integrates ancient practices with modern sports science.
