- You will reconnect with parts of yourself that may have gone quiet.
- You will gain clarity through time away from routine and noise.
- You will leave with tools that support courage, presence, and connection in daily life.
There may come a moment when you realise you’ve spent years learning how to succeed, yet far less time learning how to simply be. When connection feels out of reach, or when parts of you have gone quiet, even if life looks full.
This week in Costa Rica is a chance to step back into your own presence, gently, openly, and with others who understand the courage it takes to show up as yourself. Set on the Central Coast, we take over a private surf and wellness camp just for this community. The ocean becomes your teacher, the jungle your companion, and the group around you the reminder that belonging can be both grounding and joyful.
Your host, Joe Santini, found surfing at the same time he was discovering himself, and believes both can be powerful pathways to presence. His intention isn’t to teach you how to perform, but rather to meet the ocean as you are: proudly, gently, and with curiosity. Whether you’re new to surfing or still finding your identity, Joe welcomes you into the water — not to prove anything, but to reconnect with something true.
Each day brings something different: one-on-one surf coaching to help you find your rhythm in the water, yoga to settle your breath, and contrast therapy to calm your nervous system. Poolside gatherings evolve into conversations that matter. Off-site adventures help widen your perspective. And through photo and video feedback, you begin to see yourself with new clarity — capable, curious, and more alive than you remembered.
Here, your experience doesn’t depend on your skill level. It depends only on your willingness to show up. Whether you’re new to community, healing through movement, or simply ready to reconnect with joy, this week meets you where you are.
Away from routine, you’ll have space to pause, to listen to your body, to feel your strength, to let joy take up room again. Perhaps even to rewrite what pride, identity, and presence mean to you now.
